Take Highway 4 and exit on ‘G’ Street
Turn left
When you get to ‘G’ Street turn right
It will be the first house on your right
FROM brentwood:
Take Lone Tree Way and continue as you go under Highway 4 and it turns into ‘A’ Street
When you get to 10th Street turn left
As you pass ‘F’ Street, it will be the third house on the left hand side
FROM oakley:
Take Highway 4 and exit on ‘A’ Street
Turn right
When you get to 10th Street turn left
As you pass ‘F’ Street, it will be the third house on the left hand side

The entrance to the office building is in the front.
There is a waiting room as you enter the front door.
Please wait in the waiting room until your therapist comes out to receive you.

A wheel chair ramp is located in the back of the building.
